i should have added in my post (i didnt realize that i didnt) that prolonged fasts like 30 days.. after you get your weight up and healthy range. i mean if your 115lbs and might lose down to 100lbs your fine.. (like stated on tanglewood wellness center ) many people were tiny weights. they lost alot of weight... and then resumed into healthy eating and naturally their body gained the weight back and they were healthy.
if your already like 100lbs or less id definately wouldnt recommend a 30 day fast. only short ones like light in life said.....
FASTING isnt just for WEIGHTLOSS.. its also for detoxing. Id recommend juicing for prolonged fasts... not just to 3x's a day either but drink away!
