Hi all
I had some fruit and soup today and from tomorrow I am on a juice fast hoping to go on a Water Fast by Friday. Not sure if that is possible for me...I think it might be too hard. But if I stick to juice that would be great too!
I plan to take the picture of myself - before and after kind :-) Hopefully I will stick to this plan for 40 days and drop 10kg. Don't know if that is too optimistic...
