Hey! It's nice to see there will be many people here fasting with me for the next month or so. I just keep picturing myself what I will look lik at that weight and focusing how proud and confident I will feel aftewards because aside from looking better to fast for so long really is something not most people can do!! just think its like starting over a fresh slate with your body!
