Exactly! Its funny because to be honest most diets bash other diets, has everyone noticed that? Fasting has been done a lot longer than any other diet! People that fast, even if for some other reason are still doing it and are healthy. Just like you said with ANY diet we choose, keeping weight off is gonna take practice. They make it sound like the first day of eating you are back up to your original weight, and sadly I can say I've always been aware when I was overeating and putting on more weight. The fact that I was still fitting my skinny clothing made be believe that my constant snacking was ok, so therefore I made a conscience decesion to keep over eating. Practice makes perfect, and we have each others support. We will lose the weight for ourselves and each other!
