Just a quick update. I'm doing great on the MC, although yesterday was an unplanned Water Fasting day. Just had the tea at night. My weight is now at 225.5 (from 242.5 and a high of about 252). I expect it to take 6-8 more weeks of liquids to get down to my current goal of 190-192.
I will be using the treadmill again today. I'll also drink my 6 lemonades. Looking forward to the switch to juice fasting, even though it's more work. I am getting bored. I'm switching it up now between lemons and limes. The goal at this point is to add other juices after 2 weeks.
I have mapped out a theoretical progress sheet, based on past experience. When I feel like giving in, I look at it and see where I'll be next week, in a few weeks, etc. This keeps me motivated.
