Hi there. I am in the same boat as you are as, I suspect, many people on this forum are. I too have had a breakout recently, due to Elidel usage. I threw it out and am now on Pedrsone oral steriod and Elocom cream for my legs and arms. A milder steriod is used for my face. While I know this is not the answer to my problems, it is working on reduceing the itchiness and controlling the rash. I recommend you briefly use steriods to control your symptoms, then move on to the natural stuff to prevent any future outbreaks.

I will be trying acupuncture as soon as my sympotoms are in check. Tweet
