You'll lose more weight in water the first couple or so days and then fat loss is supposed to be 1 pound a day from there.
In order to really detox you gotta fast until your tongue stops being coated with the nasty white stuff, your breath gets back to normal, and your eyes get clear, etc. For a smoker, as well as for someone like me and everyone else out there with a polluted body, it can take a while. That's why I'm doing at least 40 days on only water.
