well cut the drinks out totally if you are trying to lose weight. its only empty calories. if you fast and then revert to bad dietary habits not only will you put back on the weight..but you will most likely put on more as your metabolism is slowed from fasting for at least a month after the fast. my body was sensitive to toxic foods and drinks even longer than that. i myself felt sick if i ate anything bad for at least three months
not having enough fat in your diet to push out the things that form Gallstones is what causes the formation. some people Liver Flush after fasting. as fasting does promote the creation of gallstones. i found upping the healthy fat post fast in my diet pushed them out for myself without doing a liver flush.
