i'm not sure how many kgs i took back, hopefully not all of them...but at least half, this is certain!....
well, i feel ok casue i'll be in india soon and for 3 months so i know i'll loose a lot over there but still, i feel very heavy again, not so comfortable!!!
need to keep the weight off too!!!!!!!
are you fasting on water?
