1st, i wish all of you had some great xmas parties..sharing with frienfds and family, surrounded by love and laughter, joy and peace.
mine was ok, i have been eating ..well..i'd say more than necessary which brings me to my last fast of the year....starting tomorrow!
i'll have 10 days till i'll leave to india and this will be perfect to feel good again, healthily light and clear!
and what better way to imagine for a new years starting?....
yes, so tomorrow the 27th will be day one, i'm not sure yet if i'll be having juices or just water...well, i guess i do know, water is "the" way for me so i suppose it will be on pure clear water i'll be going for the next 10 days.
and about the new years eve...no problem, i'll be going to the movies with my best lovely friend and having an herbal tea right after, neither her nor i are very much into this very special night when all of us have to do something special and be out...so it will be perfect!
and of course, this will be perfect too for the new year's resolutions, wishes, plan...
great!!!!
