Hi everyone....I've never done a Water Fast but I want to start Monday also, I'm 5'7" and weigh approximately 150, I would like like to lose 15-20lbs ideally, I'm not looking for a quick fix but I think fasting for 5 days or so would help me make a transition into eating healthy food. I'm looking forward to seeing great results and I would love to share in this "journey" with everyone (I need all the help I can get!)
