Re: pre-fasting foods affects feeling of fasting greatly!

no havent been fasting. i think its going to be an after the holiday thing for me though. i just can stay away from all the good fun foods. its just something that has always been a part of the holidays for me. usually otherwise i dont cram my mouth with all that crap.
