anyway i havent had the cleanest diet as of late.
and guess what i noticed?
i feel totally different when fasting off a "Dirty/crappy diet" as oppose to fasting from a healthy diet.
so if you are feeling totally crappy on your fast..try cleaning up your diet first and then going to fasting.
if i started fasting the first time coming from a "dirty/crappy diet" i would of never done it again.
but eating healthy was where i was coming from the first couple times.
its so amazing the difference you feel!
