not every week though basically.
thats a E.D. and can bleed your body of nutrients it needs and that can also make it hard to lose weight. (nutritionally defecient)
i dont think i am going to be doing anymore this winter though. it get really cold when i do these fasts. and i can handle it in the summer and fall. but the winter...no wayyyyyyyyyy. it gets to be around 30 degrees or less where i am at most days.
