Oh gosh, your message is really scary. I'm actually trying to lose weight just once, not become a repeat faster. I was able to maintain my weight at a higher level, so I'm hoping I can do the same at a lower level.
I'm curious, what kind of dietary plan or regimen do you follow when you are trying to maintain. You had mentioned the calories, but what kind of composition: low fat, low carb, doesn't matter as long as the calories are right?
