Ok, i know I am responding to my own post.. haha.. but I am planning out my fast.. I am starting tomorrow.. (well right now, at 5pm on 10/2).. I am going to fast until next thursday or friday.. I am weighing in on sat am and again on wed pm (day 5 and day 9).. I want to reduce my dress size and lose inches. I will walk 2-3 miles per day and drink only water and diet soda if I absolutely must.. Thanks for the motivation everyone!
