My name is kathy and i am a newbe. I have done a 17 day fast many years ago. Now i have started another one and it has been for 8 days and going. I learned about The Master Cleanse fast from this website about two days ago so switched from water to the master cleanse. I think it is really great no hunger. I personnally disagree with one part I feel the colonic irrigations make it a much more pleasant experience. I always feel good after i colonic. I modify a device i bought from Wal mart it hooks between the shower and shower head. The best part is that its cheap 19.95 not bad. Thus making it easy and fast. I have chron's and rosacea and think really cleanning out and losing these 70 extra pound will make me feel 100% better.
