My blood pressure is around 160/100 without meds and currently, on meds, it runs about 115/85.

Terri ~ Thank you so much for the information regarding Verapamil and fasting. I do have a blood pressure cuff at home so I will keep track of it continuously, if I decide to fast. One question, how low is too low for a blood pressure reading? I would want a number to watch for just in case fasting and medication combination is too much for me. I will keep track of my pulse as well.

Also, thank you for sharing your blood pressure - headaches story. I have been told that my headaches, and tinnitus, were from migraines. It's nice to hear a professional tell me other possibilities, as was my theory. Will fasting help with headaches also?
