Well I'm pretty new to fasting and I remember that was the biggest bummer about the last fast I was on. If weight loss slows then willpower gets weaker because it is difficult to fast.
Advice that I got but didn't listen to before (will this time!) - Don't weigh yourself at all. It may take time for the weight to come off but it will come off. It is a law of nature and has to happen (I'm sure you know this but I'm just trying to remind you). You would be a scientific wonder if you ate nothing and didn't lose.
