You know you might just want to call this preparing to fast time... I know I did. Subconsiously. I began eating only salads and skipping meals. Not drinking alcohol and not eating til late in the day about a week before I started. Longer then that on the salads. I think maybe you need some preparation time to get ready you know. Like to get ready to say no to all the crap that is put in front of you. Beer is now the toughest thing for me with the holiday weekend coming up. Maybe pick a new time when your goign to start and get everything out of your system... Just don't wait too long bikini season is upon us.LOL
