You know you might just want to call this preparing to fast time... I know I did. Subconsiously. I began eating only salads and skipping meals. Not drinking alcohol and not eating til late in the day about a week before I started. Longer then that on the salads. I think maybe you need some preparation time to get ready you know. Like to get ready to say no to all the crap that is put in front of you. Beer is now the toughest thing for me with the holiday weekend coming up. Maybe pick a new time when your goign to start and get everything out of your system... Just don't wait too long bikini season is upon us.LOL

enough with the big bold letters i'm old yes but not blind.............chicky whats up ????????? you my first insperation got me into the fasting world is doing what....i started this cuz of you ya know.......... little miss i lost 30 lbs in two weeks.....hey dont sweat it i know you jump back on the wagon soon enough....... on a day off a day your fine and you will be fine......... get focused already...... remember the bathing suit you picked out.......... well ya dont want to look all busted it in it now do you??????????????? well get this party started........okay i feel better...... now my turn....... here iam at work and this guy comes in my office eating a big texas cinnabun......... the next thing ya know i'm eating one too..............to make it worst while i was answering a post from the fasting forum oh yeah i did....................now can anything be worse than that.........
