Hello everyone! I decided to start a juice diet today. Thanks for the message frenchfri:) I had one cup of all natural OJ for breakfast, papaya carrot and apple juice for lunch and 4 cups of water so far. I feel fine so far. My problem is that my mother always cooks dinner in the evenings so I am seeking advice as to what I should do. I don't feel like telling her about what I'm doing. If anyone has any advice let me know please. I would appreciate it. Thanks!!!
P.S. I hope I can last through today. Then through Friday.
