You know if you feel like crap have a handful of salad. It's only 15 calories and won't shock your system or keep you from losing weight. Go grab a salad bag or if your like me have someone else do it because the last place you want to be is in a grocery store LOL
If your under 50 calories a day your still fasting! If ya feel crappy your body is prob telling ya something. Lemon water too the girls say.. There is energy in that.
