It is an amazing thing to discover fasting!

Hey last year I did a long master cleanse - I was so hooked on collecting recipes.
for everything.
I printed out hundreds.
for everything.
It was a bit of an obsession. haha
But after the fast I didn't go crazy and cook tons.
I would go through them now and then and find something that sounded good and play with it a bit to make it less fattening, less heavy and I had come up with some pretty yummy dishes.
