Hey congrats!!! At least you have a reason you were overweight. I wasn't even putting junk food in my mouth. Started fasting last night. 242 and 6ft tall. I eat grilled chicken and salad but I do love the brewskys... I think that is going to be the hardest thing for me to give up. Summer time and beer go hand in hand. Be careful working out you can damage your heart it is a muscle. Working out when fasting makes ya lose muscle tissue for some reason.. You don't want it to stop and to end up a veg. Yea so its 132 om here in Michigan. A pouring rain kind of day and I am not even hungry. I am beginning to wonder if I ever waited until I was hungry to eat LOL Yea it's weird. It must be beer making me huge because I really don't eat like a pig or eat poorly.. So I figure like you while fasting and giving it up so long I shouldn't have a problem at least cutting way back when I', done. If for no other reason then my tolerance will be back to normal... I smoke but I'm not a smoker that has to smoke everyday. I usually just do a pack or two a week. So far so good. Stay strong and keep drinking that water guys!!! Oh I had a question on the salt water flush. How much like TBSP do ya put in? It's more important in first few days right? Thanks Nikki
