Things that I have learned about myself.


I swear this past couple of days just hasn't been about weight loss. Yes I know that's how it began but for me it's much more. Knowing that certain junk foods were bad for me, I shoved them in my mouth. I would cook food for my family and cut up Eggo's or pork chops and not even knowing or caring stick some of it in my mouth before the plate even got to them. For me, this is like a dicipline test. For me, when I decide to go off fasting I will be able to stay away from negative foods because I've stayed away from all foods fo X amount of days. Am I hungry? Yes. I thought I was going to pass out at Curves today. I shouldnt have worked out but I did. I dont want to look anymore suspicious than I already do by losing weight and not even working out. I guess I just wanted to share this because I really cant go around sharing this with people I know. This has really opened my eyes to what I can do so when I have another challenge I can say.." remember when you fasted,Now that was hard!"

I want to stop fasting but I know that it will be a big dissapointment so I will continue untill I cant anymore so I wont have to go through the horrible first couple of days again. I started on a Friday so I think that helped getting the boring weekend out of the way.I would like to know whats in store for me tomorrow?
