How about everyday that we fast we do at least ONE nice/good thing for ourselves. It could be doing your nails,working out, getting your hair done,etc. I think it would be a positive thing for all of us!
Today my "nice" thing was 30 min. on the eliptical trainer(at very light pace)!!! This is HUGE for me as I haven't worked out in over 6 months. Also I used some cellulite cream on my thighs.
