hi dess!!!
i did several fats during the last months or so, few days, 3/5/7 and i did a 17 days one last november, very happy with it, very!!!
i did put back all the weight i lost because of some emotionnal issues i 've had some trouble to face and have used food to "help" me....foolish, anyway, 'im well decided to start again, and to go almost the same as you, over 17, to 21...
i am around 60kgs and would love to loose some 10/15 kgs, and to go raw after this one ...
i'd love if we could share this "trip", this helps so much!!!!
