Hi...I guess a lot of you have probably read or heard the not so good situation about processed soy.....theres some stuff at this url I just found today.. http://www.westonaprice.org/tour/index.html. I'm a bit late compared to most it looks like. When I "discovered" TVP I was enthusiast...however after eating it cooked into some recipe and such...I get a massive headache..or really heavily sleepy. I love to put about a cup of soymilk in my smoothies or muffin recipes. I don't know what I'do now for a good healthy, usefull substitute that also tastes good. I used to always buy a lot of tofu but I decided to just key down on processed soy altogether..but then its in so many products that could be an overstatement.
