I have to admit I add some chicken or fish to the Eat To Live plan too. All that salad and veggies can get pretty boring. I am also wanting to get involved with the HIIT program. I have to do low impact exercises because of my bad back, but this sounds interesting.
Good luck and try not to get discouraged. If you are like me, its too easy to go back to old bad habits when discouragement sets in.
I plan on enjoying the holidays guilt free, but I am not pigging out like I used too. With the New Year I'll get back on board with Fuhrman, fasting and hopefully the long road to better health and fitness. Best wishes to you.
