Well thanks hospino. I guess it was probably bad of me to give myself a goal weight by a certain date.....I think that is what is getting to me more so. I actually just bought eat to live! I have started reading it. It makes a lot of sens to me, and my plan was to stick to that book for the following 6 weeks after the fast while adding HIIT, and weight training. I do want to slowly incorporate some eggwhites, and chicken though. Just enough.
I am exercising (I like it), I wonder if that even helping at this point?
