I've tried for many years to go vegetarian, but could never last beyond a few weeks. Recently I've been cooking my vegetables in curry sauce and it's made my meals much more enjoyable. Solves a big problem for me since one reason I couldn't go vegetarian before was because I didn't like my meals. Anyway, I find I'm getting addicted to curry and eating it with one meal every day. Would this be considered unhealthy?
