By the way, I am curious as to what you do eat. What percentage is raw? Do you eat a lot of green foods? Any whole food supplements? What do you drink? Do you ever cheat and eat junk food? Do you try to follow a low fat regime? Do you eat any artificial sweeteners? Do you eat any soy (which can prevent iron absorption)?
