Also, soaking your foot with epsom salt, Burt's Bees bath crystals, or Burt's Bees Vitamin E bath oil may help to rid the foot of infection and promote healing. I would definitely continue to use the coconut oil as a moisturizer, since it is helping. If you aren't already, consider soaking your feet apart from, or in addition to, your bath or shower. In other words, soak your feet while sitting in a chair to concentrate your efforts on that area.
