Very Interesting!!! See, I water fasted for about 17 days over the summer and lost a good ammount of weight, and although I was
VERY careful how i refed, I gained all the weight back. It is now five months later and I feel like my metabolism is just now somewhat normal, but it did not work well for me. But thats just me . . . I do not regret it, it was a great cleansing experience, but as far as weight loss disappointing. I am going to begin a raw food regiment of fruit throught the morning, and then a salad with some steamed veggies for dinner for the next three weeks. I hope to drop about 20-30 lbs, with added exercise of course, and I know that my body will respond. Also, I started taking Oxypowder every other day at night on an empty stomach to help with my constipation. Anyway I was just wondering what your thoughts were . . . you seem very educated!!
