if looking to soy as a protein supplier,
Flaxseed and hempseed hand ground are very easy to use
and provide, protein fiber and your efa's (omega 3 & omega 6)

so no need to even go the fish oil route that so many take..
given the horrid condition of toxicity in fish and fish oils.

//www.curezone.org/blogs/m.asp?f=78&i=74
link to grinding flaxseed & hempseed / where I get mine,
and related article by vegan body builders
about the fantastic benefits,
charts, comparisions etc.

another good source of protein is in
bee pollen granules and also propolis.
they have so many great benefits,
I cannot begin to list them all.
If kept in fridge in moisture tight container,
shelf life can be up to 3 years.

good oils to consider:
oleic sunflower, olive, avocado, sesame, coconut.

oils to never use:
peanut, soy , canola, corn, vegetable, linseed, cottonseed,
margarines and butters

hope this is of help to you .
