Re: Dysphdrotic Eczema

Thank you so much Aunty for the wonderful advice. Well my exzema is coming from the middle of my foot. Mainly like I said before my left, one blister had just occured on my right the other day. Honestly and truely I feel that it is stress related. Reason being, when I come home from work and take off my shoes and try to relax, it flares up. Because I am thinking about work, what I need to do now and what I need to do tomorrow and so on... I am 28 years old with a husband and 2 kids ages 7 and 6. So when I come home at night my day is not finished, I have homework with the kids, dinner and bathtime. I forgot to mention this earlier but my doctor also had prescribed me a pill called Doxepin. The cream form is used for anti-itch but the pill form when I looked it up online said its an anti-deppresant. It does relax me by putting me to sleep very quickly. But I dont take this everyday as it makes me very drowsy still by morning. Like I said, Im afraid to go back to the dermatologist for an injection on predisone. My husband has asthma and told me the side effects of it when they use to give it to him as a young kid with severe asthma. I am at my wits end. As we speak I am going to order some of the bath crystal soak and Vitamin E oil from Burts Bee. I will also try the Chammomile tea as that is a tea I can actually stand to drink. Please if there is anything else you may think of I may try please let me know. I am at the point I will try anything. And by the way, how did you become so familiar with this condition? I just found this site last night, because I felt I needed to reach out for someone who knows what I am going through.
Thanks a bunch. you are a God's send.

Jennifer
