Dysphdrotic Eczema

I have dsyphydrotic eczema on my left foot. I have had this for over a year and my doctor prescribed a steroid cream called triamcinolone. It is not helping at all. She said if it doesnt cure it I will need a shot of predisone. It is starting to occur in my right foot now. I cant deal with the itch. It leaves me up at night. I am soaking my feet in an oatmeal bath. Any suggestions to kill the intense itch????
