Hi,

Thank you for your replies. I knew there was a difference. I suppose I would like to be a raw vegan, but I have only given up meat a couple of months ago and that may not seem like a lot, but a major triumph for me, even though I really ate very little meat anyway. Same with dairy, I am still struggling to eliminate that completely. Oh, I have such a long way to go!

But now I can speak correctly about 'vegan' and 'vegetarian' with confidence.
