what do you call a vegetarian who eats eggs as an indirect result of eating home made ice cream (which has eggs) but otherwise would not normally eat eggs?

i also do not drink milk under any circumstances but surely, the heavy cream i use in making the ice cream has dairy in it (i substitute soymilk for the milk called for in the ice cream recipe and it tastes great but i have found no substitute for heavy cream).

i also eat bean and cheese burritos with sour cream from a mexican eatery about once a week but thats the extent of my dairy consumption. i do not eat cheese or sour cream with anything else (not even on baked potatoes which i love more than anything else).
