I used to use a bob beck machine on my sinuses and got rid of infections every time, and felt better immediately. It accidentaly broke and the owner wrongfully got imprisoned by the medical maffia(Michael Forrest at Jaguar enterprises) so haven't used it for some time. It's not exactly designed to be used on sinuses but on your wrists and ancles, but I tried it anyways. It's a stronger current than most zappers and the strengh of the current I believe is what killed some infections, although it could have been bacteria and viruses as well as parasites. The zappers I have used don't have the same strong effect on a local area. Perhaps electricity is something to look into for your patients? Also the rife community says that certain frequencies kills pathogens, and they often use the parasites own frequencies from egg-larvae-adult to wipe them out or like Jeff Sutherland use scalar octave frequencies or other low frequencies that has been reported to work with rife machines that goes only to 20 000 hertz or so. There seems to be much trial and error still and people are using themselves as guinea pigs although some have great success with brain injuries such as lyme-babesia etc. Working professionally you might have the means of looking into it. One thing that I definately felt when I tried rifeing was on the nanobactiera frequencies. My whole spine started to tingle like crazy and I might have gotten it from the MMR shot I got just before I got sick, at least I heard vaccines usually have it although it's not supposed to be there. There are lots of people with knowlegde about it James Bare and Richard Lloyd for example. It could be a compliment to herbs and medicines, especially since it's so hard with infections in the brain.
