and It is filthy rich in oil /
so would want to limit it

I am not 100 %raw yet, but that is my goal
where I currently live,
produce can be horrendous by time it reaches us
so I do blanch some things,
and make /cook a few treats here and there.
but I am no dairy , no soy, no animal product
in what i ingest.
It really doesn't mean we have to give up good taste
it means we get to stretch and expand into whole new areas
of taste that we did not experience before..
when we ate *balanced meals * that we grew up believing
were actually healthy , when they really were most toxic.

I have a really nice chocolate raw pudding recipe
on my blog, using carob and dates and plums
granted it does not quite taste like chocolate,
but it is great nontheless.
my son and I came up with a great lemon pudding a bit back ,
but it had too much lemon in it/
so have to rework that a bit.
He made a really nice apple spice treat for us last night.
mixed in with basamati rice, cinnamin , nutmegg and vanilla
(very little rice) mostly apples
anyhow I am getting blabby

I love carob/ vanilla/coconut milk drinks
with a bit of banana for a bit of thickener
it is a runny watery thirst quenching blender drink.
i don't strain off the coconut btw since i like
a little bit to chew on,
but it would take just a second to strain it
