Re: Dear Aunty, scalp eczema advice please

Hello PTtogether,

There are occasions when I read a posting and the answer pops out at me. That happened while reading your post. Almond oil is what I suggest for the scalp. Because the skin is an external organ, the external care of the organ will be essential in the healing process as well. This doesn't negate what you've done internally. You get an A++ on the internal care; and as you have stated, have shown improvement as a result. The Burt's Bees almond oil is what we used for my nieces cradle cap. You should notice immediate results when using almond oil on the scalp. One of Burt's Bees new products is their shampoo. I would try this in addition to the almond oil. You can apply (massage) the almond oil into your scalp on a daily basis. This product can be purchased at your local Whole Foods Market or it can purchased over the internet at the burtsbees.com website

I expect that you will get immediate results. Please let me know how this works.
