Dear Aunty, scalp eczema advice please
Dear Aunty,
I have been reading your posts, with the aim to figure out myself a solution without giving you extra work, but I cannot clearly see what I’m missing, that’s why I’m asking you directly.
Here I give you some concise information about what I’m doing and probably this will help to create some possible solution.
I have atopic eczema (only in the scalp) since 3 years, I’m 50 now. I noticed that it became worst when I did some changes in my diet, like increasing the amount of meat in it.
Five years ago I did 5
Liver Cleanses and now, starting last month, I have done 2 more liver cleanses, this times with great success (chronic pain in the right arm and shoulders suddenly gone!), my scalp eczema is also getting a bit better, however, it doesn’t look it’s going to disappear.
Lately I was inspired to clear up my diet and now (since the last 30 days) it is vegan except for the butter (from cow milk). I eat basmati rice, dal, little amount of brown bread, veggies, fruits, nuts, salats, lots of avocados ( I tend to loose weight). Everything organic. In the effort to heal myself I only eat things prepared at home and mostly all the things I consumed are not processed.
I drink only filtered reverse osmosis water (11 parts per million) and wash myself also only with the same quality water (11 p.p.m.). Use little soap (from organic source) for the body and for weeks I wash the scalp everyday only with this pure water (with sometimes a bit of
Sea Salt in it), sometimes (every two weeks aprox.) I might be using just a bit shampoo (organic).
I never used anything like corticoid creams, sometimes I tried camomile, or castor oil, but since I didn’t notice any improvement I stopped putting anything on my scalp.
I don't have pets.
I tend to think I need to be patient but three years have gone and the eczema is still there; now with the big success through
Liver Cleanses I saw the light again and I think that may be when I’ll be stone free, the eczema will also be gone… but just in case I’m missing something here I would like to have your very appreciated opinion.
Thank you very much for your dedication, I myself answer questions in another health phorum and I know what it takes.
Love.
