yes! my mom is a yo-yo heath nut, sometimes juices for weeks, sometimes Water Fasts but always returns to eating standard junk food. She eats some good meals mixed into the other foods and thinks she is doing okay. What I dont understand is how a person can fast on water for 35 days then go back to eating crap. I mean she must have felt some definate positive health changes during such a fast (and shes done many of these), how could one ignore those changes? She uses fasts to "undo" long periods of poor eating.
