no Acne medication, tried it for a week when i was younger but only topical stuff. its clear now but o do occasionally get one or two and they dont heal quick.

i also dont use anything in the shower. only after i use coconut oil or eucerin. (i'm in uk by the way)

i think i do have amalgam. I had thyroid 12 years ago. my mum had it when she was younger.
