Or "I'm vegan but eat meat once in a while"... Egads...help us all..."

Just what part of knowledgable are you referring to, Everything in my post was the truth, and can be found anywhere, even the Government has articles on the lask of nutrients and minerals in our produce today. This forum talks about the foods that kill s, I never said anything about eating meat and being a vegan. Juat trying to give information on what our foods are today, if you don't agree I am sorry, sometimes the truth hurts. I never asked you to buy anything, just gave a link to something I and others have found to be a miracle for us. I have lost 20 pounds in less than 3 weeks, have stopped taking all my medication, to me that is a miracle.
