I am so sorry I wasn't bashing anyone, I went about that wrong and I appologize, was just trying to state the facts on how bad and diseased americans are, from what we eat. I was no exception I was a junk-o-holic, cola addict, until I went to the hospital last time and nearly died, something like that wakes you up to what is really going on.
In the future I won't be so crass about how I say things.
