We can post back and forth. I would recommend hacres.com for tons of info and support. Some folks go all raw there. They recommend no more than 15% cooked foods. I never can follow all this. I do know that the crackers and bread can get to be too much. I over do them.Some of the cravings come from a lot of salt some crackers use.
