hi i am hopping to going vege too, actually i dont find excluding meat that difficult. i am doing vege fine, but its a healthy vege diet that i find difficult. i am very tempted by crackers and sometimes bread. i try to keep away from them as much as poss, and when i cant resist the temptation and do eat them, i would overeat on them, to the extend that my stomach feels uncomfortable. my digestion isnt great, so some of the nonsense i eat shows up on my face.
i would love to have someone journey with me if they dont mind, to encourage. coz people around dont know why i even try to exclude processed food or meat. my mum always tell me its ok to have some, but i told her that if i tell myself that everytime, it would sum up to a lot.
anyone who has replied here..would someone mind journeying with me somewhat?
